What to include
For an order question, the order number and the email you used at checkout are enough to find everything. For a refund, say the word refund and give the order number; you will get a return address and authorisation by reply. For a bottle you are unsure about, photograph the lot code on the carton and say where you bought it, and the desk will tell you which SodaBurn run it belongs to.
Payment and shipping are handled through the authorized checkout partner, so a charge query may need the descriptor from your statement as well as the order number.
