The SodaBurn 60-day guarantee
Every SodaBurn order carries a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the purchase date. The manufacturer asks that you use the drops for at least 30 days first, all bottles go back including empty ones, and return postage is paid by the customer.
Those last two conditions are the ones people find out about late, so they are stated in the first paragraph here rather than in a footnote.
The five steps
Use it for 30 days
The window is 60 days long and the manufacturer asks for 30 days of consistent morning use before a refund request. That leaves a full month to decide after the trial condition is met.
Write to the desk
Email [email protected] with your order number and the word refund. No form, no phone queue, no retention script. You will get a return authorisation and a return address by reply, usually the same business day.
Send every bottle back
All bottles from the order go back, used, part used and unopened. An order of six bottles returns six bottles. Postage is paid by you, and a tracked service is worth the few dollars because the refund is processed on receipt.
Receipt and processing
Once the parcel arrives, the refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days. You get an email when it leaves.
Bank timing
Card issuers add their own delay, commonly three to ten days, before the money appears on a statement. That part is out of the distributor's hands.

Why the conditions exist
The 30-day use condition exists because SodaBurn is a slow product. The median buyer reports a first noticed change at 22 days and about a third notice nothing before week four, so a refund granted on day six would mostly be refunding people who had not given the drops a chance. The return-postage condition is less flattering and it is simply how this manufacturer runs the policy.
